Q: What are the sizes?

A. The size is within the range stated in the product description. Also, it is not a stated size, but is based on our own measurement standards.
*Reference size mix equivalent to men's S-XXL (fits sizes between 45cm-70cm in width and 50cm-75cm in length)

About Shipping


Q: What is the shipping fee?

A. We ship nationwide for a flat rate of ¥1,100 (¥2,200 for Okinawa Prefecture). We also occasionally run free shipping campaigns.
Q: How long does it take from purchase to delivery?

A. We will ship your order within 7 business days of your purchase. Your order will arrive within 1-2 days of shipping. However, please note that delivery may be delayed if an accident or disaster occurs with the delivery company.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds can be made on a per-item basis.

We handle the following cases:
- If the product has any defects that cannot be overlooked (such as large tears, noticeable stains, fatal damage to buttons, etc.)

Once the product arrives, please contact us via LINE or email within 24 hours with the following information:
・Name of the person who placed the order ・Order number ・Reason for return ・Photo of the product in question (including the defective part if there is one)
After checking the contents, we will inform you of the return address etc.
Then, please return the product within 3 days of receiving the notification .
Q. What are the shipping costs for returns and exchanges?

・If you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reasons , you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

*Refunds will be made minus shipping and handling fees.
