🔍 Supplementary information regarding inspection standards

Even if an item is not listed in our inspection standards, it may be included in the assortment if we determine that it is suitable for sale .

Please note that due to the nature of used clothing, there may be minor scratches or signs of wear.

  • Regarding return shipping costs

    ① If the cause is a defect on our part, e.g., a large tear or noticeable stain due to an oversight in inspection → We will cover both return shipping and re-shipping costs.


    ② If the item meets the inspection standards but has minor damage or holes that are noticeable (e.g. small pinholes, slight scratches, etc.) → Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer / re-shipment shipping costs will be borne by our store


    3) If you are dissatisfied with the condition of the product, but it is not defective (e.g., the color, size, or appearance is different from what you expected), the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
