Inspection standards

● Condition that may be included in the assortment
・Frayed stitches
- Small tears on the hem, collar, sleeves, etc.
Light damage

- Cracks or fading in the print
・Inconspicuous areas (cuffs, hem)
Paint stains and mud stains
- Pinholes with a diameter of less than 5 mm
 - Missing tag

Possible signs of wear and damage included in the assortment

  • loose stitching

  • Small tears or slight damage to the hem, collar, sleeves, etc.

  • fade

  • Cracks and fading in the print

  • Inconspicuous areas (cuffs, hem) or light paint stains or mud stains

  • Pinholes with a diameter of less than 5 mm

  • Missing tag

  • Hoodies with cut neck rib

  • Inconspicuous stains on fabrics that are not white

  • When wearing the mask, lower your arms and you will see a small hole in the armpit that cannot be seen with the naked eye.

🔍 Supplementary information regarding inspection standards

Even if an item is not listed in our inspection standards, it may be included in the assortment if we determine that it is suitable for sale .

Please note that due to the nature of used clothing, there may be minor scratches or signs of wear.

  • Regarding return shipping costs

    ① If the cause is a defect on our part, e.g., a large tear or noticeable stain due to an oversight in inspection → We will cover both return shipping and re-shipping costs.


    ② If the item is within the inspection standards but has minor damage or holes that are noticeable (e.g. small pinholes, slight scratches, etc.) → Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer / re-shipping costs will be borne by our store


    3) If you are dissatisfied with the condition of the product, but it is not defective (e.g., the color, size, or appearance is different from what you expected), the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
